Contacts and your waitlist

The Contacts tab holds everyone you deal with as a breeder.

Adding a contact

Tap the add button and enter a name, which is the only required field. Then add:

• Phone, email and address.
• Roles. Type any roles you like, separated by commas, such as Buyer, Vet or Stud owner.
• Useful info and notes.

If a phone number or email address doesn't look right, Breedscape warns you, but still lets you save it.

To save typing, use Import from phone contacts. It fills in the name, first phone number, email and address from a contact on your phone.

Finding and using contacts

Search your contacts by name. Switch between Active and Archived to see contacts you've put away.

Open a contact to call or email them with one tap.

Your waitlist

The Waitlist shows every active contact with buyer or waitlist in their roles. Give your puppy enquiries one of those roles and they'll all be on one list when a litter arrives.

Archiving and deleting

Archive a contact you no longer need day to day. It moves to the Archived list and you can bring it back at any time. Deleting a contact is permanent. You can delete from the contact's page, or by long-pressing it in the list.
